He started out training a small group in Yafo, in the Jewish Arabic Community Center. The distance from Petah Tikva, where he lives and Yafo was too big.

Soon he found in Kfar Saba, to the north-east of Tel Aviv, a couple of groups. He started teaching children in the afternoon in different schools in contact with the municipality of Kfar Saba, and for the Country club Hasharon.

It was clear to Jaron that he wanted his club to be called after the club of his teacher Tringali, which still is in Amsterdam; Ortigia '78.
So very easy came out the name Budokai Ortigia.
Ortigia is a small island in front of the city Syracuse in Sicily, where Shihan Tringali was born.
It is also the name of a small bird, on the isle of Sicily.

Now the club consist of about 60 students.

For the year 2005/2006 training is giving;

youth and adults from age 13 and up
